Referring Friends Pays Off for Everyone

Do you offer an official “refer a friend” incentive? 

 

How much would you value a lifetime customer? $500, $5000 or maybe even $25,000 depending on your services.

 

So offering a current customer a $25 or $50 discount on a future session if they refer a new customer seems to make a lot of sense. 

 

Be sure to ask new clients where they heard about you or who referred them. Actively look to reward the person who did the referring so they will want to continue referring their friends to you.

 

I offer my current tenants $100 if they refer someone who ends up leasing one of my suites. In many cases your referrals are high quality tenants (otherwise you wouldn’t refer them) and there is a good chance they will fill the vacancy quicker than me leasing to a “random” person. 

 

Additionally, its just another way I can give “bonuses” to my tenants who I value very much.
