We have 10 nail and spa businesses in this beautiful location. This and our Durham suites are the only locations where we allow ACRYLIC NAILS. ​​

We have 1 suite now available. It is about 95 sq ft with a plumbed sink and is $170 per week. It is SUITE 2D (see floorplan below).

A small 90 sqft ground floor suite (1A) for GEL nails (no acrylics in this suite due to lack of extra ventilation) will come available around mid-December for $135 per week.

You MUST be fully licensed in order to do the services you provide if required by the state.
Suites are open for nails, PMU, esthetics, and other spa/wellness businesses. We are NOT set up for hair. If you'd like to inquire about leasing a suite in this location or any of our others in the Triangle please contact us.

FIRST FLOOR
Suite 1D is the only suite on this floor with windows. Portable sinks can be added to any suite on this level.
SECOND FLOOR
Suites 2A, 2B, 2E and 2F have windows. There are fixed sinks in suites 2A, 2B, 2D, 2E and 2F. Suite 2D has built-in cabinets/shelves. Portable sinks can be added to the room without a sink.
