We just purchased 2 side by side office spaces on HWY 55 just south of I-40 in Durham. It is just one exit away from the Streets of Southpointe.

Each of the 2 locations has 8 suites and we plan to have hair/nails in one unit #101 and spa/wellness in unit #102. We don't mix in hair or acrylics along with spa/wellness as a courtesy to those who do spa/tranquil services.

Each suite will either have a sink bowl or hand-washing sink depending if it will be for hair or nails.

SUITE 101-B -  11’6” x 12’ - $250 weekly / $1083 deposit (window)

SUITE 101-C -  11’6” x 12’- $250 weekly / $1083 deposit (window)

SUITE 101-D -  10’ x 12’ - LEASED

SUITE 101-E -  10’ x 12’ - $275 weekly / $1192 deposit (window)

SUITE 101-F -  11’ x 13’ - LEASED

SUITE 101-G -  11’6” x 10’ - PENDING

SUITE 101-H -  9’6” x 12’ - LEASED
