We are under contract for 2 side by side offices spaces on HWY 55 just south of I-40 in Durham. It is just one exit away from the Streets of Southpointe.

Each of the 2 locations has 8 suites and we may potentially have hair/nails in one unit and spa/wellness in the other. We don't mix in hair or acrylics along with spa/wellness as a courtesy to those who do spa/tranquil services.

If you are on our CONTACT LIST we can notify you of all the dates we are setting up pre-renovation tours. We will be renovating shortly after purchase and expect to be open around August.
